I will also help if I can. I really use TBC just to download the data, process static and kick out coordinates.

Thanks for the reply guys, I'm getting along with these programs and picking things up as I go. Right now I'm working on entering the project alignments and profiles for 16 ramps and about 7 main line centerline alignments, and so far figured out everything but creating the profile designs. I haven't had time yet to view the videos but will when I get the chance if I get stuck. Need to have this ready soon to set it up in the grading machines before they want to break ground. I freaked out a bit having been tasked with several mile interstate project using ALL new programs to start off with. I guess if I have a specific question I'll get back on here and ask, but for now thanks again and in the meantime please view my other post in the employment section and PLEASE SAVE ME !!!

A multi-million dollar project no doubt.

And how big was your training budget?

Let me guess...

Hi squowse,
I am having trouble establishing a connection to the IBSS base station in the settings. I was in the phone with Trimble and the tech didn't know really how to configure the settings. I feel we were close but I fear we may have the name of the Corrections site wrong. Do you have a picture of what goes where or can you explain it ??
Thanks

1st you must create the device (eg TSC3) in TCC

You will need to note from TCC
1) The Device ID
2) The Device Passowrd
3) The Organisation name in TCC
4) The name of the base in TCC

Then on the TSC3 the GNSS Contact settings should be as per the following document
https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D3818606_05768639_206706

With that I think Illfixit will indeed fix it.

Although we were sold 7 device licences for TCC, we found it easier (and cheaper) just to connect the rovers directly to the base station.
Going through TCC by IBSS does offer some advantages. They are hosting the NTRIP caster for you so less stress on the base station and it's data link.
Setting up a device is easy via IBSS if you are using SCS900 or GCS900 but harder otherwise.
