I was trying to convert some Survey Controller 12.50 files to Trimble Access 2013.42 files using this website: (you need silverlight installed)

https://www.myconnectedsite.com/site/surveyadministration/PublicSurveyTools/

But I couldn't get the correct file version. I think I have figured out that 2013.42 is a general survey version 2.30.
I am gonna try that next and see if it works.

My question is, can anyone point me in the direction of a list of Trimble Access versions connected with the correct general survey version.
I have looked on the trimble website and googled it. I may not be using the correct terminology.

Thanks,
James

It appears that 2013.42 is equal to version 2.30

It loaded and it opened but two files that were setup using state plane coordinates are now "Local Site" but the parameters appear to match.

I won't know until I get on the job.

If anyone has a list of versions, I would appreciate it. I can't find it in the documentation anywhere.

The "Local Site" thing is just a quirk in how the software opens the converted file - I usually just go to the properties of the job and change it back to Select from Library (assuming your job is in SPCS or UTM).

Regarding the version info - I don't have a list, but if you take any Access data collector and go to About (which you can get to by pressing the Trimble key or tapping the Trimble icon at top left of the screen) it will show you the version numbers of every module installed. The current Access version is 2015.21, and the corresponding General Survey version is 2.80.200.

I'm used to Survey Controller and the button in that corner was the Windows button.
