I have Carlson 2010 w/icad. I started a new drawing and my text rotation has changed from bearing based to rotation based in its properties. By that I mean that on a "north up" drawing, normal text would be at N 90° E. Now it says Rotation: 0.0000 in decimal degrees. How do I change this?
