Where can i find tutorials and info on operation and features for survce used with hemisphere equipment. Is there a "surveying with hemisphere survce for dummies"??ÿ

Benchmark.ca in Calgary is both a Hemisphere and SurvCE dealer - in fact if you google "Hemisphere GNSS, SurvCE", you will get numerous videos from the owner Rene showing how to set them up talking. After the setup, it's pretty much all the same whatever model of GPS you are using, and there is an online manual at survce.com.
Also depending on what Hemisphere model you have, it may also exist as a rebranded version by someone else. Carlson themselves offer a rebranded hemisphere model
