I just got a roll of HP Clear film C3876A. It was listed as "Inkjet Film". The box says "for use with Dye and Pigment ink plotters". It has a piece of paper tape down both edges.?ÿ When I load it in my HP T120 I get "Roll loaded with too much skew - Roll must be unloaded"" or "Paper too far from lateral load line". I have never seen those error messages before. It looks to me like it's loaded perfectly straight and in line with the right hand guide marker.
Any ideas?

The Firmware was last updated in July 2020 and Drivers in December 2020 if that may help. ?????ÿ
