I have an older Nomad and Leica gun and I can't get them to talk to one another. In the Instrument Settings, the TC1201 gun doesn't show up. Under "Leica" all it shows is TPS series and DNA Level. How can we get the 1200 series to show up. My son swears when we first turned it on that it had 1200 series shown but now it is gone. What do we need to do?

Hi Alan,
I take it you're running Survey Pro on the Nomad? I think TPS series should work, settings are usually 19200, 8, none, 1. On the 1200 go to configure, interfaces, geocom, edit, should be set to port 1 if using a cable I think. Check comm settings there. Make sure they match the Nomad.
