Hi everyone,

I am a surveyor from the UK and have recently purchased LISCAD software to help me with my cut and fill exercises. I have bought LISCAD 11.3 Survey Civil LC501 and have a few (probably very easy) questions to ask which hopefully you guys know the answers to!

‰Û¢ I am currently building up surfaces to perform a cut and fill exercise, the survey data I have is 300mm too high in certain areas, to resolve this I am manually selecting each point and lowering it 300mm. Is there a way of selecting multiple points and lowering them all by a set distance OR selecting multiple points and inputting a level for all of them if so how do I do it??

‰Û¢ As the project evolves it will be useful to me to be able to lower and raise entire surfaces by a set amount to see how different surface levels effect my cut and fill model. Is it possible to raise or lower and entire surface by a set amount and if so how do I do it?

‰Û¢ Finally once I have built my surface, I would like to export it into google sketch up to create a visual aid whereby I can have models of excavators etc. on the finished surface level. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

If you know the answers to any of these questions I would be eternally grateful!

Many thanks,

Will Voke

More specifically for my first point the method I have tried so far is:

With my point cloud up I go Task>Computations>Edit>View/Edit Points>Block>All> I then input a new elevation but it doesnt change any of the points? I can click on one point and change that but I want to do a range of points which is why I tried using block. Can anyone see where I am going wrong?
