Here are the settings I use for GNSS Surfer, not sure if this is the software in question or not. Note, I use mine a little differently, I actually upload my corrections from the field using a raven modem, so I have TCP-Port as the input, you would use the Com-port instead.

Note the incoming and outgoing ports are different, but the IP is the same.

Higher resolution.

I initially tested my setup with an office base receiver, but don't remember the configuration settings in the com-port menu.

The other thing to note, make sure you save the GNSS Surfer configuration file to someplace safe once you're done. Then create a shortcut to it and place that shortcut in your "Startup" folder in your start menu. This way GNSS Surfer will open and be configured automatically if the server ever reboots. Happens more often than you'd think.

double check that the receivers are on the same language. I had to flip back and fourth between the CMR and CMR+ before the settings took effect. check the port, I was only able to use port 5000 with their software. download the Client app for your phone. set up a mount point for the phone so that you can be checking for signal at your location. I would always check the phone app for signal transfer before I left the office and then left it running on my phone while I was working so that I could quickly check the signal if something went weird. Make sure the 5700 has a memory card in it so that it will have the settings saved in the receiver.

I had a friend that is a computer genius help me set mine up. Hope you get it worked out!
