A while back when Softdesk was around you were able to label a point with it's geodetic info with just a click and pick a point. Gave you N/E;Lat/Long;Elevation;grid;ground etc. It was for me at least an easy way to acquire info needed for environmental applications and notations on plans. Now, I know enough to be dangerous, so keep it to the lowest common denominator---are there simple steps in C3D (2012) to do the same? or do I have to do it in multiple steps if I can do it at all?
Thank you gentlemen.
AG,
Label styles. You can label a point with anything.

Agree.... also remember to set it up in your template so you always have the ability to label what you want quickly. A good template, for the most part, is the key to success here...
If you right click on the Drawing Name on the Settings Tab of the Toolspace you can select the Edit Drawing Settings. Here you can set the Coordinate Zone for the Drawing.
Once you do that you can hover over a point object and it will display the NE, Lat Long, and other point data.
Also you will need to create a Label Style that uses the Point Properties.
Like the other replies you can do and label just about anything.
