Import Alignmnet from Civil 3d into Survey Pro

How can I or can I export a centerline alignment from Civil 3D and then import that same enterline Alignment into Survey Pro?

You should be able to export the Civil 3d drawing as a .dxf file and then copy and paste that file into the data collector from the associated drive on the computer.

I will give that try, could I do the same thing by exporting the aligment to a landxml file and copy that file to the DC?

XML will work for horizontal alignment for sure, profile may or may not work. I always export the alignment only then build the profile in the collector.

I believe you have to use xml for TDS Survey Pro,as dxf will not work.

Exporting the alignment and profile as an xml file will work, as long as you make sure that the profile you are exporting starts at EXACTLY the same station as the start of the alignment, and the profile is at least as long as the alignment.
