DWF, no.
However, there is a dwf viewer. My primo pdf installs as a printer, and you may could print it from that.
There is the reverse as well called pdf2dxf and it rocks.

U can pay a piddly few dollars if you want to get rid of the adverts... Best on market also has pdF995 Edit, That Joins pdf AND files converts to tif etc etc.

I think Autocad has this built in as a printer driver .pc3?

Autocad in earlier versions does not printout truetypes very well
