The first party chief I worked for was color blind but he had no problem seeing white flagging. In the winter in Illinois! Worked for him, me not so much.
I currently work with a contractor that can only see blue flagging. Blue everywhere.
I am green/red color blind. I see color, they just don't stand out. Always need a good helper with me to be able to see the old knots of flagging on branches...
