Carlson Survey 2020, "saved with errors" extension

Good morning all,

I recently upgraded and switched over to Carlson Survey 2020 with IntelliCAD 9.2 from Civil 3D 2018, everything is running smooth, but i noticed that i get a drawing with "SavedWithErrors" in the project folder along with the regular drawing.?ÿ I can't open it and the size is small, >100kb, compared to the original.?ÿ Anyone know why these are created or why they are created?
