i'm confident they will get it fixed, I really think they try to do it right.
I have been using Carlson for 12 years and it used to be "the (#@*& -crap) man"
Now its just "the crap"

Double click on a existing point
Set the crd file
Any software that you have not been shown how to use properly is always a piece of crap. Not Picking on you, but there are MANY people here that love the software and have no major problems with it.
It seems to me that ALL of the people that have real heart burn with Carlson are all "self-taught". No offense, but those days are LONG gone. To get the maximum out of ANY software, you need either formal trainning or a really pro-active user group in your area.
Find a place, like this site. and ask questions. Keep asking until you get an answer that works for you. If a major brand software does not work well for you, it's not the software that is at fault. Also remember, just because you cannot do something in any software does NOT mean that it cannot be done.
