Hi Guys,
I am looking for a software that is able to help me perform boundary comparison calculations. My current programme had died with my old pc and I can't retrieve. It was an old programme built in DOS.
Anyway I am looking for a similar software that is able to compare boundary distance based on Boundary Plans and what I measured on the ground and produce a comparison for me to analyse the difference in the angular swing and the distance too.
If there is no comparable software, I am back to manual calculation which is quite tedious. haha.
Are you talking about needing another DOS Cogo program or something like Deed Check?
This software is very flexiable and powerful, it will give you a considerable amount of information regarding your comparison.

All right, will check it out.
Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of such a thing, but if it's DOS it can't be a new concept. Seems pretty cool...
Here is a sample report from an old file.

It compares the distance and bearings of each line(New-being measured on the ground PO, ie Per Original as what is on the boundary plan). I could input in a tolerance like in my country the tolerance of movement for boundaries are set at 30mm. So I input in and it automatically search for best fit.
It will be good if the new programme could automatically accept my sdr files.
