Is there a logical, simple way to transfer custom menus and toolbars from one computer to another in Autocad ldd 2006?

I have copied all cui, mnu etc but don’t know the correct path in which to place them?
There are two acaddoc files as well.

TIA B-)

An engineer friend of mine recently went through a reinstall. He related the following trick. Install LDD onto the new computer from the disks, then copy the entire LDD directory from the original computer onto the new computer. The install from the disks gets all the registry settings correct and copying the entire LDD directory from the old to the new computer takes care of the menus and customizations.
