I looked under the "System" tab and it didn't have that option. There was also an "Open and Save" tab, but it didn't have it either. I think your solution may have been what I did in the past. Too bad I can't find it on the 2011 version.

That TODAY dialog was only in a limited number of releases... I seem to remember it in 2004. Not sure if it was still in 2005. I'm pretty sure it was gone by 2006.
