Anyone Familiar with Starnet 10 day trial option?

I've gotten a temp registration key from Microsurvey. I've input "msregister" for server name, "Scan Servers", input the reg key 1, clicked OK, and restarted the program but it does not seem to work. I've run the program as administrator.

Is anyone familiar with how this should work? I believe the 10 day trial is for the full program, with no limitations as is the "DEMO mode".

Ideas?
