150 years after they died when the Union ironclad Monitor sank, two unknown sailors recovered from the wreckage where buried in Arlington.

Please take a moment and give thanks to all those that gave their most for our freedom.

I'll give them respect for fighting for what they believed in, but the men they were fighting were fighting for their freedom.

I'd venture to say that 99% of soldiers believe they are "fighting for their freedom".

100% are fighting for their freedom or their country. The differance is purely semantics.
I was born and raised in Mississippi, trace my bloodline back to Julia Dent Grant (OOPS!!) and will take nothing away from these men being so honored. They earned that right.
I am just sorry that they could not get enough DNA date to be able to identify thesemen and bury them under a headstone bearing their names.
