I have found that the same word "term" has different meanings depending on the local usage. I know that in my area if you only used the term “right of way” for situations where it is a right of entry only, you would confuse nearly everyone you talked with, including lawyers, title company people and other surveyors. Because of the lure of Alaska we run into this often. People often try and force the way it was where they come from into a different system. The common reply “You’re not in Kansas anymore Dorothy” or “When in Rome”
