If you eat Dannon Yogurt it is highly probable that it came from this family farm in Kansas.

Mrs. Cow grew up near where one of their dairies is now located. The enrollment at their school grew tremendously when the dairy was started. The really big change was that the locals had to learn some Spanish to communicate with most of the diary's employees.
One of those yogurt brands has more sugar than a 12oz Coca Cola.
Although the ad has the fella talking to a cow, it might be a little more appropriate if he walked up to a Petri dish and thanked the bacteria because their yogurt tasted so good...it's really the bacteria's poop that curdles the milk....
bon appetite :pinch:
From reference material:
"The species of bacteria used in yogurt are Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. These species eat the sugars in milk. As the bacteria eat milk sugars, the bacteria produce something called lactic acid. Lactic acid makes milk proteins curdle."
OMG! Where are the spelling police when they are really needed. Just discovered I spelled "dairy" as "diary" in my post above. That makes a huge difference.
