is shining brightly tonight. A wonderful sight, for sure.
Why "Full Crow" ?
Well, we had the "Thin Wolf" Moon in January. Aptly named for the hungry wolf in the dead of winter.
Then February was the "Dead Wolf" Moon...named for all those thin wolves that didn't make it.
Now, as the days get longer, the snow melts and exposes the carcasses of the unfortunate critters that fell to winter's relentless "species thinning". And I suppose the crow gets his fill by picking the bones.
Wonderful and wise analogy by the "Mvs ko ke Oce se". (people; tribe or group of clans in the Muscogee language)
interesting analogy.
Wow, that is a pretty cool analogy!
I only ever heard of a crow/moon association from Captain Beefheart:
" the moon showed up, and it started to show
tonight there'd be ice cream
ice cream for crow"
🙂
