I was browsing the bookshelf and found this MacMillan Pocket Classic hidden between the larger tomes. 
It surely came from my wife's aunts estate a few years ago. The funny little joke on the inside back page reads:
Dear Dad, I weigh 126 pounds stripped for gym. Daughter
Dear Daughter, who the hell is Jim? Father
Dear Father, It is none of you damn business. Daughter
