I'm up early to watch the launch from my driveway. A great website for the launch schedule is https://spaceflightnow.com/. Enjoy!
Thanks,I forget all about that. In Sanford it looks a little cloudy towards the Cape, but not enough to prohibit viewing the launch! ?????ÿ
I usually watch from my driveway too, forgot about the launch this morning.....
I really wish this space travel stuff were front and center in the news. ?ÿAll the inter-agency, inter-country, inter-galactic cooperation toward a common goal. ?ÿSpace, the final frontier.
EDIT: ?ÿDid you know about this launch 4 days ago, with an American astronaut?
?ÿ
I harken back to the 1960's when the three TV networks would show the launches live.?ÿ Frequently this was outside the normal broadcast day (no 24-7 then).?ÿ Many times the splashdowns would be shown as well.
Rat's - Only thing I saw was the first stage con trail. @field-dog have you ever witnessed the boosters returning. I wonder if you could see them from US 1 in Titusville??ÿ
harken
Love those Old English words!

Just the contrails.
Saw the relanding on live video. It looked more impressive when Flash Gordon did it 65 years ago.

Closer to 84 years ago, Paul.?ÿ I remember watching these serials in the early 1970's on campus.?ÿ Kept a bunch of fool students coming back week after week to see if Flash (Buster Crabbe) could possibly defeat Ming the Merciless (Charles Middleton).?ÿ One of them was me.
