My second survey today was a large commercial site, one big building, lots of parking. I got a good chunk of the parking stripes and curbs done this afternoon. One of the employees asked me what I was doing, so I explained data collection. I then asked her what the company did, and for the life of me I couldn't quite grasp it, so I just looked them up. Here is what they do: "We are uniquely focused on helping companies deliver superior customer experiences through the optimal mix of agents, technology, and analytics."

Say, what, Willy? You do what?

optimal mix of agents, technology, and analytics

Is that some special way of describing production of banned substances, but doing it legitimately?

No wonder you scratched your head!

Was the company Gartner? A friend of mine works for them and when she tried to explain what they did it sounded something like that.
