Took a short vacation to the Smokey Mtns.?ÿ Random observations from the trip:
1 - Are there any people left in Texas or are all of them driving around Kentucky and Tennessee?
2 - Not related to 1, but what is the purpose of zig -zagging across 4 lanes of traffic back and forth only to end up one car ahead in a traffic jam?
3 - Don't know if it is a firm rule, but this trip it sure seems like UPS hires better over the road drivers than FED-EX.
4 - No matter where you go in Kentucky and Tennessee, it seems that many people try to derive personal worth through just how loud they can make their truck.
With the grumpy old dude complaints out of the way, it was a nice trip.?ÿ Beautiful scenery (as long as you stay out of the touristy towns).
From my recent trip to Arkansas I can definitely confirm #3. Nearly had a FED-EX driver run me off the highway.
Warning---some sound more like the night following an evening of hot chili and beer
No.?ÿ I didn't.?ÿ I didn't know that was a thing.?ÿ But I'm sure going to try to see that another time.?ÿ Looks really neat.
There was a story on CBS Sunday Morning about them; yes, it looked pretty cool!
Around here UPS stands for Unlimited Parking Spots.?ÿ They park anywhere they damn well please and typically block your view trying to get out of a driveway or side street.
As for FedEx, I'm FedUp.?ÿ I think they hire porch pirates to follow their trucks and steal the packages the leave.

..yeah.?ÿ Here in Houston it just makes you the first person to the next red light.?ÿ ?????ÿ
