I like those 1990s Cherokees, they are small and lightweight.

I'd rather have one of those than an ATV or Mule.

I barely shoe horn in there, though.

Not a bad style, (for a wuss....an AUTOMATIC?.)

That'd be funny to email and ask him if he know how to drive a stick... haha

I like the shell casing in the trip meter reset hole. See the pic of the dash.

I have a 98 like it. It's my dog haulin outfit. I'm the 2nd owner. Great little rig. Mine has the Up Country option and 105K miles. The only stick shifts I ever seen on these were 4 cylinder 2WDs.

I Am On My Third Used Cherokee

1985 4 cylinder, 1995 6 cylinder and a 2004 6 cylinder, all automatics and I was the second owner on all three. That 4 cylinder would cruise on the interstate at 70 and get great gas miliage, but the 6's have A/C.

I had a friend who had a Cherokee, It was making an awful racket and he took it to a repair shop who told him the tranny was shot. I told him to find another shop and call my guy who was always fair (and owed me a favor). 3 weeks went by and the guy pulls up with a wrangler. I ask him what is going on with the Cherokee and he said he was going to sell it to the junkyard for $300. I bought it on the spot, drove it to the shop and put a 10 dollar bearing in it. Drove that thing for the next 7 years. Best vehicle I ever owned.
