Johnny was always one of the bests hosts. Plus he gets a late skit visit from another one of the best to make people laugh.
And here is one of my all time favorites moments from Johnny Carson - it's priceless at 1:00.
Without looking, it's Don Rickles in the bath, and probably Ed Ames with the hatchet......all time classics.
Or the grapefruit sized beetle that crawled up his arm and as it got to his shoulder it flew away.
Startled Johnny says "You didn't tell me that those things could fly!"
And Joan Embrey fires back "I didn't know they could!"
I sure miss that show.
The potato chip clip is priceless.
Since it wasn't back there, here it is.....

I miss it too.
And for all the classic episodes, skits, interviews, etc. maybe the most amazing thing, watching it night after night, was his ability to keep the show interesting when it was a "flat" night. Nobody better.
LOL - I didn't know you were Jewish...
I forgot the best part

That's when Johnny quips "What else can they do that you don't know?"
I guess you had to be there.
