I believe what Brad was really asking was:

(Insert whiny voice of ken Jeong)

But, did you DIE???

My youngest daughter's mother-in-law and her mother-in-law's sister have been in Fort Myers the past few days.?ÿ My son-in-law's 90+ year-old grandmother was on her deathbed in a hospital there through the worst of the storm.?ÿ Grandma died while the world was going sideways but she was safe and secure for her Heavenly departure.?ÿ She was my grandson's only living great-grandparent.

@flga-2-2?ÿ I have family in (or at least near) Oviedo.?ÿ They lost power but have a backup generator so they were okay.?ÿ LOTS of water but their home didn't flood.?ÿ Their pond is completely full though.?ÿ Glad to hear that you're good.

@andy-bruner?ÿ

Thanks. The snakes don't know what in hell to do. They are looking for high ground only to be met by us "big pink things" armed with rakes and/or brooms. It's either drown or be beaten to death. ?????ÿ

Hope you're doing alright. Here on tv they kept reporting from some dude in a parking garage, I gave up on that.

@flga-2-2 Given how many flimsy mobile homes Iƒ??ve seen down there, think Id rather choose an elevated concrete bunker with bullet proof glass.

@andy-j?ÿ

You wouldn't believe how many mobile home communities are now "was". Ft. Myers Beach especially, then anything from there to Flagler Beach along the I-4 corridor. It's a mess and flooding in Central Florida is still rising from drainage runoff. Can't wait to see if it was declared a 500 yr. storm by FEMA. It may relieve some worry about previously released Flood Elevation Certificates. ?????ÿ

@flga-2-2?ÿ yes, my Daughter is in an apartment at UCF?ÿ ?ÿafter the storm passed, she had to evacuate per National Guard.?ÿ Luckily, her car was ok, but many neighbors cars ended up underwater from the rising creek.
