Congratulations to those who placed their confidence points on the winning teams. I wonder who actually picked the most winners. I had 17 winners and 18 losers. Could have had 477 points instead of 304.

The person that you tied (Take-a Knee_ )with in the spreadsheet had the BCS Championship game at a 35 confidence and the score predicted at 41-13 Bama win.
They were the closest to the final outcome of 42-14.
Shouldn't that count for 50 bonus points. 😉
other than that the only other close call to the final game was 42-17 from the 3rd place finisher.
Only one other player person who picked Bama to score more than 40 against the reported #1 defense had it 42-36.
The rest of the Beer Leg pickers did not have a clue it seems.
It is hard to admit an epic failure, eh..

24-11 and finished 2nd. Surprised to see so many people picked Notre Dame.
Not having a clue goes for many of the games. Some of the upsets were not even conceivable by the numbers. The Naty champ game was guessed much closer than some of the upsets by a split of beer leggers, but if we all could predict chaos we would all would have purchased gold at the turn of the century, and bought some farm land in No Dak 10 years ago.;-)

I could not find myself picking Saban to win unless mucho money is on the line and then it would be difficult. Years ago while on vacation he had me thrown out of a place because I had an Texas Longhorn cap on.
Where were you and how did Nick Saban get you kicked out of anyplace?
It was long before he was at Alabama. He and his group could have ignored my cap, I was doing my best to ignore them. Their loudness and clamor did not calm down and the waitress came over and said it would be best if I left. Nothing to call 911 about and I did not want to be on film at 11. Still don't. Not the first place I had to leave and probably not the last.
