This may be some help for you.
Tommy Young is based in Tennessee and chimes in from time to time.?ÿ Hopefully this message will find him and he will know what you need to know.
Welcome!?ÿ
You might want to do a search of the forums. I used "Tennessee state-specific" (no quotes) and found at least 2 threads that briefly discuss the computer-based test. Here's one.?ÿ
@holy-cow It's been 19 years since I've taken the test.?ÿ Other than reading the surveying laws and regulations, I don't have much to add.
Hey, Tommy, it's good to here from you.?ÿ Like you, I haven't personally had to deal with the subject here, but, I was hoping you might have overheard from co-workers or at CE events learned certain things.
Thanks for responding.
It was a little over 10 years ago that I took the Tennessee exam after being licensed in Georgia for several years.?ÿ From what I remember the laws and regulations were the main part of the exam.?ÿ Know how to draft a plat, write a legal description, compute splits in property, etc.?ÿ The exam was thorough but straight forward.

@holy-cow My right hand man is going to be taking the test within the next couple of months.?ÿ I'll come back with a report after he passes it.
@tommy-youngthat would be great as I will be taking the TN exam shortly after that?ÿ ...?ÿ I appreciate it much
@tommy-young.?ÿ ?ÿMy best wishes to "right hand" for all success with the exam ...
