Hi, first time posting. Am after detailed photo of underside of aluminium head of Kern self centering tripod for DKM2. The little button is not pushing against anything.
?ÿ
Welcome.?ÿ Hope someone will come along today and help you out.
Welcome.
There are a handful of Kiwi surveyors here.
While I have used a DKM2 in the dim & distant past, I dont remember much about the tripod other than it was special and different.
Good luck with your search.
The download link looks right, and is the same as I got by going through their site, but that download link doesn't work for me afterward, either.?ÿ You'll have to find your way through it.
@bill93?ÿ
There is some sort of odd address rewriting going on?ÿ
The original link contains a plus (+) symbol -> Kern+DKM2-A.pdf
Swisstek website wants '%20' -> Kern%20DKM2-A.pdf
"http://www.swisstek.com/images/manuals_literature/Kern%20DKM2-A.pdf"
But when I try the latter it comes out like the first - the %20 is being rewritten too soon
?ÿ
Is it only me or does the illustration of the crosshairs on a target show the horizontal hair NOT on the correct point on the target?
I had that thought, too, that the vertical hair which sets the horizontal angle is off target.?ÿ If you enlarge the photo you can see that it slightly?ÿ misses the tip.?ÿ It's not as bad as first impression, because the viewing angle does not present a symmetrical image of the triangle.
My apologies...I copied & pasted the web address from my Google search without checking to see if the link posted correctly.
A for effort, F for execution.
Google search links are coded so they are not the same as the URL your browser shows after following the search link.?ÿ You need to copy where the browser actually ended up.
@kevin-hines thanks for link. I will contact them to try and find more info on the kern legs.
