Mostly the Loooooooooooooooooooooong threads that keep coming back up to the top are a nuiscance. Turning P&R off cures that problem.

I won't argue with the idea of turning off P&R, but one thing I started doing was "collapsing" the threads so I just see the originating post title. I can hit a "plus" by the original to see if anyone has posted or to see all of the follow-up post titles if I like, but collapse it again. It is much easier to scroll through that way. (and even easier with P&R turned off).

But there goes my "Big Deal" thread. 🙁 Maybe we should make a food category instead since we all do talk about food quite often! Tis' up to you guys and the boss, though. I don't think he wanted to add any more categories.

Dave, you can also click the "Fold Threads" button on the upper right just below the search box. It will toggle between "Folded" and "Expanded" threads. That way the long threads don't run you off the page as you just see the post headings.

Not even for food?? Steaks....BBQed chicken...potato salad....Italian spaghetti....Beef Stew...YUM YUM!!! 🙂 Plus I would be more inclined to cook for Wendell if we had a category because then I can post pics and get feedback from you guys.

Just have him change the Sports category to "Hobbies, Sports, Food/Drink"
That would work without adding more categories.
