Beer Leg dot com R O C K S ! ! !
Hear, hear.
I agree. I don't post a whole lot but I frequent the site all of the time. I've picked up some great tips and learned a lot just by checking out the posts and scenarios from different folks.
You're Welcome!!
Wendell is pre-occupied right now with my shouting big mouth, clapping hands, and TV Blasting but...*I* can multi-task and tell you guys thank you as well for coming here, supporting us, and we really, truly appreciate each and every one of you!! 😀

Thank you! We couldn't do it without you. 🙂
Despite the drama, I still love the site and want to make it the best it can be for surveyors everywhere.
Wendell....but you did. And there are many who appreciate your efforts and ALSO your understanding. I will tip my glass to you...(when the game comes on). Hope you enjoy your weekend!
I agree.
The threads regarding the TGO debacle and potential work arounds demonstrate the nature of this site bringing collective minds together to overcome adversities that we would find very difficult, separately.
The threads regarding legal issues provide us with a forum to share and discuss various legal topics beneficial to us, out practices and our clients.
The humor threads are just a fun way to share a laugh among colleagues.
The general non-surveying threads are ways to share items we find relevant or interesting. They serve to enrich the forum and the site.
Obviously, threads regarding site issues allow us to improve the site by making suggestions and point to problems.
For those, I thank you. I have gained more from this site than I could ever afford to repay. The continuing education this site offers is unparalleled.
On the other hand, the P&R threads are not something I read nor do they pose any interest to me. They are the cause of much trouble for you. Do they really he to educate or make us better surveyors or people? I, for one, wouldn't mind if that category were turned off permanently.
Many thanks to you and Angel for setting up this site and for moderating it so effectively. This is your site and your creation. You have taken on a tremendous responsibility and a heavy work load in maintaining it.
Thank you so much for making it available to us!

You know Angel, I've been cursed from childhood by being a Cubs fan and I carry that torch with me everywhere.:-S
But being a Cubs fan, I also have to carry another torch.;-) 😛
Ian,
Very well composed!

I started rooting for the Cards when Stan "The Man" Musial was still playing for them. They were the closest team. Texas didn't have any teams and KC didn't have the Royals yet, IMSM.
MEANIE!!!
Ooohhh that's just bad... POOR FREDBIRD!!! 🙁 :-S :'( 😛
Smart Man!!
