I added whitespace to keep the avatar monkey from cropping the image.
It is slightly off being a perfect square.
I used Paint to add the white space and will later add some text about the flag.
Which tool should I use to get the image space perfectly square?
Why couldn't the avatar monkey add white space rather than cropping image space?

It does look nice & better. Other than painful iterations I am not sure what else to try for centering.
