I was attempting to post a picture. I did find the "insert edit image" icon, but could not find a browse option to locate the pic I had in mind. There was just a url window and a prompt to enter the url...
Is my browser messed up (should I have tried another browser before asking this?)

Try using the "Upload a File" button at the bottom of the text window, next to the "Post Reply" button.
