The forum was running version 2.4.2 of the tapatalk plugin. It's now updated and running 2.4.10 as seen here https://surveyorconnect.com/mobiquo/mobiquo.php
However the changelog for the plugin doesn't seem to mention the particular issue of note.

Except for the part of the the changelog which reads, "- Solved other minor issues and bugs". This could be most anything.
