Seems normal here. I'm charging your ISP as the prime suspect in the case. 😉

I just got on for the first time today and it seems a little slow. Yesterday was horrible. Even that other board was 10 times faster than this one. I had never had that problem here before yesterday.

Everything was unusually slow today on every computer I tried to use. I guess even machines get tired by Friday, or maybe it's the full moon or equinox effect. I'm not sure.

Did anyone get hit with the automatic update monster recently? iTunes dumped a big stinker on my hard drive, and it is just now running correctly, yesterday was pretty much a wash.

Everything is running fine here today, couldn't get Firefox to start correctly at all yesterday.

restart your computer from time to time

I have found that computers will slown down and/or act funky it they are left on all the time. Yo need to get them to clear their memory of temp data. i notice if i am doing something that requires a lot of graphics mem, things can get funky.
CTL-ALT-delete look at the processes running, you can determine which ones are sing a lot of memory. If you locate a mem hog that is not needed, end the process and your computer will run better.

Sometime there is just a lot of traffic and/or other cause.... wireless interference etc...
