Must be on your end. Everything's fine here. ?????ÿ
I've checked some things, ran some scans, and it seems fine. Without more information, it's really impossible for me to troubleshoot or assist you with the problem. If you think it is a false positive, most virus/security software will allow you to report it as a false positive.
Avast put me through some hell for a solid 2 years straight for their stupid false positives for this website, and no responses or assistance from anyone over there. Which is why I recommend anyone running Avast to rid it from your system forever. Support is terrible and they don't seem to care.
Furthermore, Windows 10's built-in virus and malware protection was recently rated #1 among all of them. So if you are running W10, there's really no reason to use a third-party security program. Just make sure W10's is on and running. Besides, most of those third-party solutions are taxing on your system and use up resources that you could be using for things like CAD, surveying programs, etc. which tend to need all the resources they can get.
Win 7 Pro 64 setup with ESET protection
Their Web help instructed me to go to the run command line and delete CRL and OCSP Cache which I did and restarted my computer
That did not solve the problem
Found online chat help and these sre their words "contact the administrator of the website to notify them, because the owmer of the domsin have not renewed their security certificate for the website"
Their program does not have an option to exclude a site.
This is the only issue I've had with ESET?ÿ
IT does the magic in the background and sends a monthly email that gives the bugs it has killed and number of things it has taken care of.
I wish I knew more to tell
I did send a couple emails to support @rplstoday with the online help log
?ÿ
I honestly have no idea what their problem is. It's a standard SSL certificate issued by Let's Encrypt. Just like any other Let's Encrypt SSL certificate used by most websites on Earth, it expires and renews automatically every 3 months. That is just how it works here at RPLS Today and anywhere else. The certificate can be verified here: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=rplstoday.com
I am probably not the target customer for ESET
The direction they have taken does not address the problem.
I was hung up on to end chat support.

This hit me yesterday too.?ÿ Win 7 64 bit. Firefox seemed fine, but when I tried to access RPLS Today I kept getting the message:
"Secure Connection Failed"
After some digging I found suggestions for this:
- In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
- Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
- copy the next security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling and paste it in the search field
- double-click on it to make it false
- close the page, exit firefox and restart it.
My version was worded slightly differently, but once I figured out how to do all that, it seems to be fixed.?ÿ Scary stuff, as I am not used to digging this deep into things.

Been using Chrome?ÿ
May have to check out Firefox
You may need an older version of Firefox with a W7 64b machine, and I think there's even security issues with the older versions

So I did a little researching this morning and found a couple of threads in ESET's own forums where users are complaining about the exact same problem with other websites. ESET themselves recommended a specific tool to test the SSL certificate, so I ran that test. Here are the results: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=rplstoday.com
A+ rating, just as I expected.
However, have you cleared your browser cache recently? Have you deleted your rplstoday.com cookies and signed in again?

The site won't run without Google. If your security is set to block Google, or any of it's cookies, the site will turn into the old rpls dot c o m type of stacked thread view.?ÿ Lesson learned: you can't block Google.
They aren't Google's cookies, they are RPLS Today's cookies, provided to all browsers. If you block the browser from doing its job, it will, um, stop doing its job. ?????ÿ

Just throwing that in there for .. well whatever reason it might be relevant.
I moved this Win7Pro into another office as part of my downsizing project and now it works, maybe the ghost in the machine stayed in the other room, lol.
Anyway, it's working now............ ??¯?ÿ
Happened to me as well, drove me crazy for a few days, and had to use my phone to access it. I was finally able to manually tell ESET to ignore this website error message, now it works fine
@Wendell thank you for your investigation into ESET
Today I finally have the Dell Precision T1650 w Win10 64 Enterprise running. Ordered a dual-link cable for the ultrawide monitor and put in the manhours to grasp how to do things with Win10.
I can retire Win7 64 Pro from the internet and put it into the work pool.
Now I can end my ESET subscription, actually, it was very reasonable as it stopped everything b4 it had an opportunity to enter my Win7 much better than any other protection software I've used so far apart from Windows Defender.
