So having never really used a board like this, should you use the Original post when replying to someone, or just tag it onto the last person who commented? Is there a wrong way to go about this?

always tag who you are replying to, original or sub-level

drop the "h" (Jonathan), but that's ok I'm a dyslexic, left handed surveyor, you should see me with state plane coords...:-)

no problem, most people cant help but put an "h" in my name, but it doesn't matter, your character is impeccable(sp)

You can reply to any one of the posts, whether it be the original or a reply to the original. Or a reply to a reply to a reply to a reply to the original. hahaha

Relate it to a folder system, like browsing files in Windows Explorer. There's the main folder with subfolders under it. Each subfolder might have subfolders under them each of which relates to the parent subfolder, and so on.
