Just checking in.

I reported that yesterday, but it was still working for someone else. I think there is a DNS error propagating, and it works so long as the old IP is cached.
When you reported it, the move to the new server wasn't yet in progress, so I'd chalk it up to coincidence. We made the move late last night. It took about 3 hours longer than we originally expected. +o( We're working on the surveyorconnect.com side of things now.
Both should be working now. 🙂

Wendell,
Did you make a switch to a different server yesterday? I'm one of those people who reported 30+ second load times for the home page, now I'm seeing <5 seconds. Much improved.

Yep, we made the move overnight last night plus a few tweaks this morning. Glad it is working out for you! 🙂

I can't tell any difference in speed myself on IE. The speed is much faster with firefox, but since I don't know what my password is I can't log on there. Firefox thinks this site is some sort of blue meany when you send one there. Some kind of 'settings thingy', I guess. What IS my password, anyway? Can you send it to my log in email? And, just WHAT is my log in email? 🙂 If you sent my password to me by email I'm sure I'd eventually find it at one of my email addresses and then I could log on in firefox. I'm pretty sure of my user name. 😀
Thanks again, Wendell. I'm just kiddin around with y'all.
Take care.

At the login page, click on "forgot password" to have the system send one to you, then change it to whatever you want. 🙂

I finally solved it by clearing my browser history and cookies and logging in again.
