Have I missed the solution for the eternal "working" message when trying to attach files?

I get the same rigmarole for attaching and the other functions. Working pops up and freezes.
Strange because the other day, I posted a picture by directly copying into the text writer box.
This is happening both on the phone and laptop.
I speak for myself that I don't care if all the glitches exist, ifit makes for a successful endeavor in the future.
But I wonder how many members both old and new will become flummoxed and wander away.

Using iOS and win7

Phone is almost a no go for me.

I've made some more adjustments to see if it helps with uploading, plus the reply, quote and edit buttons. There may be a sacrifice of speed though, so I'd be interested in hearing feedback about that as well.?ÿ Note that the only real way to test it properly though is to refresh your browser cache first.

Since I'm not having this problem, and I can't seem to find a computer that does have the problem, I was hoping at least one of you could try something for me. If you are using Windows and Chrome, when you get to the point where it says "working" but nothing happens, if you could open the Chrome inspector (click the settings menu, then More Tools, then Inspector or Developer Tools), then select the Console tab. If there is an error (or errors) shown there, can you copy/paste them here or take a screenshot and email it to wendell@harnessweb.com? That would be most appreciated. If there are any options to expand the errors to show more info, that might be helpful as well.

Thanks!!

On Firefox, not Chrome - but get the locked up on 'working' after uploading and trying to insert a jpg

Maybe the following is helpful?

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
jquery-migrate.min.js:2:542

I'm trying to imagine a site on the internet that doesn't work with Chrome. Try them with another browser and .. nothing.

nope, it is not the browser. FF ESR, FF 57, and Chromium don't work.

Not working with Android.
My guess is the user permissions don't allow it.

Image attachments "should" work now. Please let me know if they still aren't working for you (after a browser cache refresh). I've marked this thread as "solved" but I can re-open it if we find out it's still a problem.
