I tried to post a picture (0.5 MB) and it said only 10B are allowed.

Have tried to make a new post under humor and was unable to get the dialogue prompt to open to add a file to my post.
It would start to open and simply run on and on without allowing me to pick a file to add.
When I tried to drag the file into the window it simply opened the file on my computer.
Tried Firefox and Chrome with differing results.

That could be (Wendell would probably say "is") a sign that you need to clear your cache.?ÿ I'm using Firefox, and experienced the same problem.?ÿ I did the Ctrl-F5 thing (reload the page without using the local cache) and it worked after that.
