Hi,
Currently I am using Trimble GeoXR and R8s with slate controllers. I am doing static sessions for my measurements and I store them as points in my job file. I have to convert them to rinex files for submission and processing. I would like to separate the rinex files by the points as there are multiple points in a single T02 file. Can that be done? I am unable to do so in the Trimble GPS convert to Rinex Utility.
The converter should put a comment line into the rinex file whenever there is a new occupation. I would think that teqc has some way to separate the file into smaller files, it does EVERYTHING else.
Slate controllers with what software? It's definitely possible to create separate T02 files for eash session in the data collector / receiver.
It is currently on trimble access.
If you don't end survey after each occupation it will only create one file with multiple occupations

I ALWAYS have our crews use the Start Base command to start a static session, not the Start Survey command. If they're running a network and setting multiple receivers, I have them change the Bluetooth setting so that each receiver is a base when they set it up. This eliminates multiple potential issues, including the one you're describing.

Thanks! will look into that. Is there a difference in setting it in base even for static sessions?
There's no real difference; as I said, it eliminates the problem you're having. When you occupy a point if it's a new point number it will tell you it doesn't exist and to supply coordinates at processing; just say OK. Once it starts logging just turn of the collector and walk away (make sure you're set to log to receiver memory). When you come back, just go to GNSS Functions, reconnect to it, and use the End Survey command.
