Hello all. I recently sent my ProMark 220 in for repair. However, upon its return all Survey Pro settings had been reset to their factory defaults.
I can't seem to create a working receiver profile. My device is not in the list of available recievers and the auto scan comes back as not finding a gnss receiver. I can select a device such as the ProMark 800 and select a port and baud rate. However if I start a survey I will again be told that Survey Pro cannot connect to a gnss receiver.
When I open gnss toolbox, all seems to be working. I simply cannot get Survey Pro to communicate with my ProMark 220. Any help is much appreciated.
