I tried uploading a couple of .tps files to OPUS from last Friday. One processed fine, (logged to memory card on HiPer V). The other one is being rejected due to formatting error (was logged to TESLA data collector). I have tried using the "teqc" program, but that is going nowhere fast. Can anyone experienced in these programs/procedures please take a look at the file and let me know what they think? It appears i cannot upload a .tps file, so if anyone would be willing to look at it please let me know and I will message/email it to you. Thank you!
PS: This is the error I received from OPUS
FILE: PT901_STATICWOODFIELDSCHOOL_20170505_121150.tps OP1494251279211
1017 The RINEX data file that was submitted is not formatted correctly and
1017 therefore is not standard RINEX. You may have several errors in the file.
1017 Run "teqc +v filename" to check the formatting. TEQC is available through
1017 our CORS Utilities/Software tab
1017 ** See the exact formatting error message from teqc below.

Make sure you have the latest teqc and TPS software.

Problem was solved by removing "PT901_" was the beginning of the filename. I added "PT900" without the underscore to the other point submitted and it caused no conflicts. Not sure "why", but at least figured out the "what".
