We are currently renting/ test driving this set-up. How do you set-up for OPUS? Does it log in the head or on the controller?
We have the identical setup; it logs to the CS15 controller. We still use CF cards for storage (though the CS15 will also take SD cards).
We normally store our observations under our active project. To do so, we go to the "Survey" option under "Go To Work", enter the name, height and code parameters, then hit "Meas" (F1? I'm at home right now), then it cooks on the point. Back at the office, in Leica Geo Office we import the raw data, then export it to RINEX and send it off. (I realize this might be extraneous info for you)...
We often use OPUS-RS for establishing secondary and lesser control and occasionally do regular static observations which are ran through OPUS.
I used the same setup a few years ago at a different employer. We had it setup to log the data to the card in the receiver so we could take the data collector with us to use either with the rover or the total station. From what I recall, we would just take the .m00 file from the card in the receiver and send that to OPUS bypassing LGO entirely.

I use the same setup and if you have been using it as a rover on a VRS, you may want to check your setup and make sure that log raw data is checked.

+1 on the logging of raw data check box, IIRC we had that turned off once on our ancient 1200-series rover and it bit us.
