Ditch the TSC3 and collect raw observations using just the receivers logging internally. New file is created for each observation every time you turn receiver on to start collecting. Carefully note start and stop times as that will be the only thing to tell you what is what.

Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get me.

In prior versions of TGO /TBC you could download the one file and separate the tracks automatically on import. It's been too long and I can't remember where it was buried. I loved it because the track already had the correct point number, hi and antenna definition.
Somebody with current knowledge should be able to point you the right direction ..
