Is my Topcon Legacy-E worthless since the GPS Rollover?

I'm just wondering if my Topcon Legacy-E with Glonass is a paper weight after the GPS Rollover. It has an "E_GGD" board that is currently running Firmware Version 3.3 Jul, 10, 2008 p4. I logged into Topcon's support page and it showed the Legacy-E to be "End of Life". I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I could do before tossing it. I really appreciate any advice. ?ÿ ?ÿ
