I just tried to install TBC 3.20. The first try it bombed out and I had to reboot. Second try it installed seemingly correct. I tried to run it and get the error:
"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."
I am going to uninstall and reinstall, but just wanted to see if anyone has seen this.
windows 7 64 bit computer, 64 bit full install of TBC (TBC_3_20_Full.exe, 1.6 GB)

I had the same type of problem a while ago. But that was going from the 32 to the 64bit version.
